Practice yoga with me

I am a RYT-500 certified yoga instructor. After moving to Atlanta in 2018, I registered for yoga teacher training to establish a community and learn more about yoga. When I started teaching, I discovered how much the practice and power of yoga influence my existence. In 2022, I left my job in corporate America to dedicate my attention to sharing the power of movement and mindfulness with others.

MISSION

I create spaces for folks to explore the integration of mind and body through movement and education. I am committed to guiding individuals toward self-advocacy in the wellness space, and encourage students to approach a physical practice with curiosity. I teach movement as a tool to enrich the lived experience.

MY CLASS

My class balances structure and purposeful playfulness to invite self exploration through movement. In each class, I guide students through a series of postures using alignment and breath cues that encourage students to move between poses with attention and awareness. Students can expect to leave feeling connected and buoyant.
