My goal is to remove barriers to success, to teach you what you need to know, and give you the guidance that will make you successful in your own way. With 1:1 coaching, we can work together in person or online. 

I recommend sticking to a program or routine for 3 months; it's not contractually required, but it's expected when we agree to work together.
