WHAT IS IT?
With online coaching, we will work together to put together a program specific to your goals, factoring in your experience level, any injuries or compensations, available equipment, preference... anything that is going to make it possible for your to succeed. This can include movement, lifestyle (diet, habits), and virtual accountability and support through regular check-ins.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This is is for you if you need more accountability and direction than a one-size-fits-all program, but you're driven enough to put in the bulk of the work on your own time. This is for you if you want something tailored to your level, your interests, and your equipment, and while you're happy to live your life without hand-holding, you appreciate the extra oversight.
You tell me! We’ll work with what you’ve got, though I often do recommend some resistance bands, a bench or chair, and a light and heavy load(s).

I can provide general recommendations and information about nutrition but I am not a nutrition or diet specialist and cannot prescribe meal plans
