With virtual custom programming, we will work together to put together a program specific to your goals, factoring in your experience level, any injuries or compensations, available equipment, preference... anything that is going to make it possible for your to succeed.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This is is for you if you have specific requirements (think, shoulder injuries or specific training goals) where a blanket approach to movement isn’t going to cut it. This is for you if you want something tailored to your level, your interests, and your equipment. Basically, this is for you, my special snowflakes.
You tell me! We’ll work with what you’ve got, though I often do recommend some resistance bands, a bench or chair, and a light and heavy load(s).
