Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using (“Site” or “Sites”) and other Business Products found on the site (“Service”) operated by KTN MVMT, LLC (“Company”, “us", "we", or "our"). This agreement is between Company and User (“you”, “your”, “client”, “customer”, “user”).


This website is owned and operated by KTN MVMT, LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information, services, and products offered by KTN MVMT, LLC. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

This Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.

Lawful Purposes

You may use the Site and Service for lawful purposes only. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through the Site any material which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, contains injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, and without limitation, your personal contact and payment information.

Payment Terms

Company offers pay in full options and a payment plan option for services. Client will provide a valid credit card and it will be charged for the amount and term selected on Site or through private invoice (Company uses HoneyBook, Trainerize, and Calendly). If Client pays in full, the entire fee will be charged upon checkout. If Client selects the payment plan option, the first payment will be charged immediately, and an invoice will be sent to Client with terms for the following payments. Client will be set up for an automatic charge to their provided credit card on an automatic basis determined by when Client originally completes registration. Company will contact Client immediately should any payment fail. Client will have five (5) business days to remedy the failed payment before further actions are taken. Company reserves the right to cancel membership or purchase, should Client fail to pay after multiple notices have been sent to Client. Failure to pay may also result in breach of contract, and Company may bring legal action against Client in order to retrieve overdue payments.

Cancellation and Refunds

All payments are due in full on scheduled due date (in accordance with invoice and contract) or immediately upon online purchase on Site. All payments are considered final and no refunds shall be issued outside unique circumstances outlined within client’s service agreement (coaching contract) (“Service Agreement”). Service Agreements shall will be sent to clients in connection with online purchase, and in follow up to personal training or coaching registration.


Some parts of the Service (KTN MVMT Weekly Workouts and Custom Programs) are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (based on the date of initial purchase). Client may cancel month-to-month payments at any time.

Intellectual Property

All original content created and/or delivered by Company, including, but not limited to, all programs, educational and coaching materials, copy, images, web design, templates, fitness and yoga education material, and program structure (“Content”) shall remain the exclusive property of Company. Users and clients shall not use Content for commercial purposes or to train others without prior written consent from Company. Misuse of Content shall constitute intellectual property infringement and can result in legal action and liability for User.

No Guarantee 

The Client acknowledges and agrees that Company cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the Services provided. Results will be dependent on the client. Company will conduct operations and provide services in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practices. Company will use its best efforts and does not promise or guarantee results. 

Legal Disclaimer

Information found on this Site is not medical advice. All information, references, and materials are based on the insights and experience from Katie Nassiff. Should User or Client seek specific guidance on a medical matter, they should contact a licensed physician, dietitian, or healthcare professional.

Waiver + Liability

Movement programs and practices designed by KTN MVMT, LLC are designed to challenge the client, while keeping them safe during supervised, and (if applicable) unsupervised sessions. As with any exercise program, there are risks. In volunteering for a program, the client agrees to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. The client also agrees that, to their knowledge, they have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program. 


By purchasing a program or entering into a training contract, the Client accepts full responsibility for their own health and well-being AND acknowledge an understanding that no responsibility is assumed by KTN MVMT, LLC. 


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Entire Agreement

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the Company with respect to the Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and the Company with respect to the Website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard for conflicts of laws principles. Each Party hereby expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for any lawsuit filed concerning any matter arising from or relating to these Terms.

For Personal Training Clients:

Trainer Duties: 

  • The Trainer will provide a safe program, taking into consideration any physical limitations that might prevent a Client from performing exercises without injury. 

  • The Trainer will provide guidance and recommendations based on her knowledge of fitness, movement, and overall health. 

  • The Trainer will not provide prescriptions for diet and nutrition, physical therapy, or mental health. 

  • The Trainer will be available for 1:1 communication through email, and will respond within 24 hours on weekdays (Mon-Fri)  


Client Duties: 

  • The Client will inform the Trainer of any physical limitations that prevent him/her/them from performing prescribed exercises. 

  • The Client takes on the responsibility of adhering to any prescribed programming and recognizes that the responsibility for creating individual change ultimately lies with the Client. 

  • The Client has the complete right to stop or decrease exercise at any time during a session and recognizes that it is her obligation to inform the Trainer of any symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath or chest discomfort. 

  • The Client understands that participation in the program including but not limited to exercising, use of exercise equipment and strenuous exertion (strength training) all of which increase heart rate and body temperature.

  • FOR PERSONAL TRAINING: The Client will have access to 1:1 communication with the Trainer through email.
