In this 90-minute, intimate workshop, you’ll get hands-on guidance, modifications, and a template for building your own strength training practice at home. Bring your curiosity and willingness to work.

My name is Katie Nassiff
I'm a certified personal trainer and 500hr registered yoga teacher. I am committed to guiding individuals toward self-advocacy in the wellness space, and encourage students to approach a physical practice with curiosity. I teach movement as a tool to enrich the lived experience.
