Plus, you’ll learn the primary movement patterns and understand how to put them together into a program that you can do on your own. Perfect for beginners or those who want to better understand the basic principles of strength training.

I'm a certified personal trainer and 500hr registered yoga teacher. I am committed to guiding individuals toward self-advocacy in the wellness space, and encourage students to approach a physical practice with curiosity. I teach movement as a tool to enrich the lived experience.
