In-person training designed for your success:

  • Goal-based programming based on your initial and ongoing assessments. Training is collaborative, and your program will change as you do

  • 4- to 6- week phases of programming with intentional progression

  • ​Train with me in person at a fully equipped gym - Training Collective - located at Inman Park in Atlanta.

  • A program that makes sense for you, your body, equipment, time, and goals. New to working out? Great. It's been a while? Welcome back! Ready to get strong AF? Hell yea, me too..

Pricing

Invest in your own capacity to live a stronger life.

  • In-person at Training Collective

    • 30 minute sessions - $50-$55 ​

    • 60 minute sessions -  $90-$110

    • Learn more about the pricing structure here

  • In-person at your home or gym (adjusted for travel)

    • 30 minute session - $60

    • 45 minute session - $80​

    • 60 minute session - $100

Personal Training with me requires a 3-month minimum commitment.

Ready for a transformation? Learn the tools you need to feel confident stepping into the gym on your own, and the accountability to take your fitness beyond the workout. With an online community of like-minded bad-ass women, you'll learn the basics of training and nutrition and how to apply them to YOUR busy life. Plus, better understand your own habits, barriers to success, and excuses so you can break free and live better.

  • Includes a progressive training program that teaches you the fundamentals of programmed fitness. By the end of 12 weeks, you will be able to confidently design your own workouts. 

  • Includes weekly check-ins to review nutrition, lifestyle, and stress levels, and more

  • Includes messaging  access for all those times between check-ins that you have questions or need motivation
