WHAT IS IT?
You haven’t really “worked out” before or in a long time. You’re not sure what to do. You’re not sure if you CAN do it. Well… you can. It will be a challenge. It will be frustrating. You may want to move fast to get it over with, so you’re going to train yourself to move slow. Don’t worry. We’ll get through it together in these 8 weeks. By the end, you’ll feel like you have a foundation that you can build on. You might even repeat the program to feel even STRONGER.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This is designed for my friends who have little experience or have had a significant hiatus from physical activity. It’s designed to target core stabilizing muscles and movement patterns to help you build a foundation that will prepare you for more advanced movement or the Movement Method weekly workouts.
I recommend a mat and a chair or bench. If you have additional equipment, you can always increase the intensity by adding resistance bands or weights to almost any movement.
